Belgium Rugby (FBRB) is the governing body for rugby in Belgium, overseeing the Belgian national teams in both rugby XV and Rugby Sevens. Together with Rugby Vlaanderen and the League Belge Francophone de Rugby, we strive towards the "One Belgium Rugby" project. Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Administrative Associate at Belgium Rugby. The Administrative Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support. In addition, there will be an important financial contribution as well. This is a hybrid role, with the office located in Brussels and the flexibility for some remote work.

 

  • Administrative:
  • Interface for Belgian rugby clubs
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Administrative point of contact for Rugby Europe and World Rugby
  • Handle clearances
  • Be involved in the championship and referees commission
  • Ensure proper administrative follow-up of files

 

Financial

  • Handle billing and payments
  • Ensure follow-up, verifications, and accounting entries
  • Periodically report the financial status of projects to the general management

 

Additional Information

  • Bilingual: Dutch/French, knowledge of English is a plus
  • Autonomous, proactive, meticulous, and possessing interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, flexible, and interested in the world of Belgian rugby
  • Familiar with the classic computer tools (Microsoft 365 applications)
